ADDITIONAL ITEMS
Strobe rentals: We have a kit of two 400 watt strobes with modifiers available for $50 per booking.
Nine-foot paper backdrops in assorted colours are available for use at $50 per pull (up to 10 foot floor coverage).
If you need the back room’s cyc wall freshly painted, there is a $100 painting fee. Otherwise, its condition will be as-is upon arrival.
Additional hours are $90/hour/room, or $75/hour/room after 8 hours only available if no one is booked after you.
V-flats are available for your use.
Though we have light stands and C-stands, these are available only on a first-come, first-served basis, and sometimes need to go to location with Alex. So maybe bring yours, just in case.
A FEW RULES
A damage deposit and 50% of the cost of the rental are required to hold the space. the 50% rental cost is non-refundable within 48 hours of the shoot date.
If there is an appointment directly after yours, we will let you know. In this case, if you are more than 5 minutes late leaving the studio, you will be billed a $50 late fee. If there is no one after you, the late fee is applied after 15 minutes.
You’re welcome to move any furniture you like, but please, return it to its original location when you’re done.
If you make a mess with dirt, flour, sparkles, or anything else, please put our broom to use. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged.
We accept all payments except debit. We do accept credit card, however there is a 3% service fee.
